Melissa Cox brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience working directly with investors and property owners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. She began her career in multi-family housing in 1997 and earned her CPM designation in 2000.
Her background includes new construction lease-ups, luxury multi-family management, and leadership roles supporting large-scale asset transitions. As the founder and licensed broker of Cox Premier Properties, Melissa works one-on-one with investors to help grow, stabilize, and protect rental portfolios with a focus on sustainable cash flow and long-term value.
