Her unique blend of sassiness, spunk, and relentless determination not only commands respect but also endears her to tenants, who find it hard to disappoint her. This has played a pivotal role in reducing our annual eviction rates dramatically from 5% to less than 2%.

Dana's unwavering commitment to maintaining open and honest communication ensures that landlords are promptly informed about late payments, further solidifying her role as a key asset to our team.

Dana has over 20 years of experience in tenant and owner relations. She brings structure, clarity, and fast communication to our resident services and day-to-day operations.
