Can I get a copy of the tenant file and approve applicants?

We cannot share credit reports due to FCRA, but we discuss application details. To stay compliant with fair housing laws, we manage screening and selections and reserve the right to terminate agreements if asked to bypass regulations.

We execute leases on your behalf, upload the signed copy to your owner portal, and notify you by email once it is available.

How and when will I receive funds and reports?

Electronic disbursements are sent on the 10th and 20th, or the next business day when needed, with deposits typically arriving within one to three days. Reports are delivered at month end.
