Melissa began in the multi-family industry in 1997. By 2000, Melissa was one of the youngest members to receive the prestigious CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation. By 2000, Melissa was managing new construction developments and high-end multi-family developments across the metroplex. Melissa was involved in two multi-million-dollar asset mergers. Melissa's employers included Berkshire Hathaway and Fairfield Properties

Dana Shove joined our team in 2015 and has since been instrumental in revolutionizing our approach to tenant collections and payables. Despite the challenging nature of her role, which often involves initiating evictions, Dana's exceptional interpersonal skills have made her a favorite among our residents. Her unique blend of sassiness, spunk, and relentless determination not only commands respect but also endears her to tenants, who find it hard to disappoint her. This has played a pivotal role in reducing our annual eviction rates dramatically from 5% to less than 2%. Lacie became a valued member of the Cox team in 2012, bringing with her a dedication to excellence in tenant relations and compliance adherence. As the primary point of contact for incoming tenants, Lacie is responsible for ensuring the rigorous adherence to fair housing standards and the thorough qualification of all applicants.
